7 days free, then $4.99 a month. Cancel anytime. Here is the fine print, kept short.
The short version. Try every feature free for 7 days, no card needed. Then $4.99 a month, cancel in one click. Payments are non-refundable, so use your free week to make sure ClicAlarm suits you.
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and ClicAuto, the trading name of The U-Shaped House LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, United States, 1925 Grand Ave Ste 129 PMB 83841, Billings, MT 59102, United States. By installing or using ClicAlarm, you agree to them.
2. The service
ClicAlarm is a Chrome extension that rings the alarms you set, with sound and on-screen alerts.
Chrome needs to be running for an alarm to ring. If your computer is asleep or Chrome is closed, an alarm can be late or missed. Please don't rely on ClicAlarm for anything where a missed alarm could cause harm, such as medication or safety.
3. Free trial
You get 7 days free, with every feature. No card is needed. The trial is linked to your Google account, one per person.
4. Subscription and price
After the trial, ClicAlarm costs $4.99 per month. Taxes may be added depending on where you live. You pay through Stripe. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel.
5. Cancel anytime
Cancel in one click from ClicAlarm → Settings → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
6. No refunds, and your right of withdrawal
The free trial lets you try every feature before paying. Payments are therefore non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law says otherwise.
EU and UK consumers. When you subscribe, you ask us to start your paid service right away, and you confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started. We record this confirmation. Without it, you cannot subscribe.
7. If a payment fails
We let you know by email. ClicAlarm keeps working for 3 more days while you update your card. After that, your alarms pause until the payment goes through. Your settings are kept.
8. If our servers are down
If you are a paying subscriber and our servers can't be reached, ClicAlarm keeps working for at least 7 days. We will never cut off a paying customer because of a problem on our side.
9. Price changes
If the price changes, we email you at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the new price applies.
10. Fair use
Don't try to break, copy, resell or reverse-engineer ClicAlarm, or to get around the free trial.
11. Sounds and voices
The built-in sounds and voices are licensed for use inside ClicAlarm only. Sounds you add yourself must be yours to use.
12. Liability
ClicAlarm is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
13. Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top of this page and tell subscribers by email. Questions: contact@clicauto.com.
